14 days to change your mind

When the right of withdrawal is applicable, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to notify us of your decision.

We want you to be able to assess your choice with peace of mind. The product should only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, the exceptions provided by law may apply.

3-year legal warranty

All new goods sold to consumers at VESKOR.STORE come with the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided for by Spanish regulations.

The period starts from the delivery of the product. If a lack of conformity manifests during this period, the consumer may exercise the rights recognized by current legislation.

Where applicable, these measures may include the repair or replacement of the product and, in legally provided cases, a price reduction or contract termination.

Secure payment

Payment transactions are processed through specialized providers and secure systems.

The payment methods available for each order are shown before completing the purchase, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Delivery tailored to each order

We work with specialized operators such as DACHSER, DSV, and UPS and select the most appropriate logistics solution based on the destination, dimensions, and characteristics of each piece of furniture.

In certain areas of Catalonia and Madrid, we also have our own delivery service and the possibility of assembly.

Most of our furniture is delivered pre-assembled. When a piece requires minor final installation, such as attaching table legs, we can arrange the corresponding service in available areas.
