Where legally applicable, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without needing to justify their decision.

In sales contracts, the period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.

If the same order includes several products delivered separately, the period will start from the receipt of the last item. If a product is delivered in multiple parts or components, it will start from the receipt of the last component.

The right of withdrawal is governed by articles 102 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 .

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us unequivocally of your decision within the applicable period.

Please provide:

• Order number.
• Name of the person who made the purchase.
• Product you wish to return.
• Your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Once the request is received, our team will provide you with the necessary information to correctly process the return.

After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the notification of their decision.

The deadline is considered met when the product has been shipped before those 14 days have ended.

The consumer may examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and operation.

The consumer will be responsible for any potential decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to perform said verification.

Because our furniture consists of heavy, large-volume products, we recommend keeping the complete original packaging, including boxes, protections, and interior elements.

The original packaging is specifically designed to protect the furniture during return transport. If it is no longer available, the product must be packaged in an equivalent and sufficiently secure manner.

The absence of the original packaging does not in itself mean an automatic loss of the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the consumer's responsibility for possible damages or value depreciation derived from insufficient protection.

When the return occurs due to the consumer's voluntary decision and there is no lack of conformity, product defect, or error attributable to VESKOR, the direct return costs will be borne by the consumer.

Due to the size and weight of the furniture, the cost may vary depending on the product, number of packages, weight, dimensions, and pickup address.

If you request that VESKOR organize the pickup through one of our logistics operators, we will communicate the corresponding cost to you before confirming the service.

When the return is due to a lack of conformity, a legally covered defect, or a VESKOR error, the corresponding measures will be applied in accordance with current legislation.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, VESKOR will refund the amounts that legally correspond without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date it was informed of the withdrawal decision.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

In a sale of goods, VESKOR may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until the consumer provides proof of its return, depending on which circumstance occurs first, unless VESKOR has offered to collect it.

If the consumer expressly chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive ordinary method available, the additional costs for said method do not have to be refunded.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, in the cases provided for in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

This may include, for example, certain special modifications made expressly at the customer's request when they turn the product into a personalized piece.

The fact that a standard product is manufactured after the order is placed does not automatically make it a customized product. The exception will apply when the conditions provided for by law are met.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact our team as soon as possible.

We will analyze the status of the order and confirm the available options.

For customized products or those manufactured expressly according to customer specifications, different conditions may apply in accordance with current regulations.
